wed / mountain top ceremony

It's been quite a week! Long story short, we thought we were going to have to move June 1, started the apartment hunt, and then ended up being able to stay (thank goodness). For now, I wanted to share this breathtaking ceremony setup. I love the view, I love the circle, and I love the clear chairs that almost disappear into the view.

quote / soul mates

I may have posted this before and I know it's a little cheesy, but it's so true. A and I celebrate a whole year together this week and I couldn't resist being super-duper mushy.

Have a great week!

wed / backyard ceremony space

I look at A LOT of weddings. Whether I’m reading blogs, scrolling through Pinterest, daydreaming about my own (not too soon, don’t get excited), or planning with my clients at work, I am constantly uncovering new ideas and images. It takes a lot to blow me away, to be honest. And then I saw this bouquet featuring my favorite color…

Which led to me to this wedding gallery on (of course) Style Me Pretty…and then to this ceremony set up…

Mind. Blown. Seriously, take the time to scroll through the whole wedding. You won’t regret it!

wed / candlelit ceremony

Cold weather always makes me fall in love all over again with candle lit, cozy spaces. This candle lined ceremony space just takes my breath away!

wed / draped ceremony

What a stunner of a ceremony entrance!! I love the look of the draped curtains with garlands of greenery. This could also work as the backdrop for the ceremony, the entrance to the reception, or modified as a photo booth backdrop!
Happy wedding Wednesday!

wed / readings

"Marry your best friend. I do not say that lightly. Really, truly find the strongest, happiest friendship in the person you fall in love with. Someone who speaks highly of you. Someone you can laugh with. The kind of laughs that make your belly ache, and your nose snort. The embarrassing, earnest, healing kind of laughs. Wit is important.  Life is too short not to love someone who lets you be a fool with them. Make sure they are somebody who lets you cry, too. Despair will come. Find someone that you want to be there with you through those times.
"Most importantly, marry the one that makes passion, love, and madness combine and course through you. A love that will never dilute - even when the waters get deep, and dark. Do not settle for second best. This sort of love is out there. And I hope you have the courage to start over, and try again until you have found it.  This love is worth it, baby girl."
