A little while back I spotted these amazing embroidered loafers on Blair of Atlantic-Pacific's Instagram and fell in LOVE!

I was even more excited to hear that these customized, monogrammed loafers convert to under $80 (they are sold in Indonesian Rupiah). I am torn between all black with a gold monogram and navy with red trim and a gold monogram.

Tomorrow morning I get to fly home to Charleston, SC and I am SO EXCITED I CAN’T STAND IT! Not only do I get to see my wonderful family and introduce them to my boyfriend, but I get to spend time in such a beautiful place. I hope everyone else has great plans to welcome summer, even if those plans include simply a fun summer movie and a crisp glass of wine.

Good morning! T-minus 2 days until I’m home in Charleston with my wonderful boyfriend and I can’t wait!!!!! 

Until then, I am trying to focus on work. I spruced up my cube at work with a little inspiration wall, but how much fun would a colorful home office be?

Whether I’m reading blogs, scrolling through Pinterest, daydreaming about my own (not too soon, don’t get excited), or planning with my clients at work, I am constantly uncovering new ideas and images. It takes a lot to blow me away, to be honest. And then I saw this bouquet featuring my favorite color…

It seems like every season or so JCrew puts out a print that I just can’t get enough of. Recently I’ve been drooling over the Floral Cove print and when I saw the pieces listed in the sale section, I high tailed it over to the store to try things on.

The dress was a GREAT price in store, but did me absolutely no favors.

I love the silk front sweater, but it was the priciest of the bunch.

 

So I took advantage of free shipping when ordering in the store and ordered this silky shell that I know will pair well with everything from white jeans to a navy blazer and pencil skirt for work.
