I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I got swept up in all the travel and food and relaxing and realized I haven’t even posted.
On another note, I saw this excellent sounding winter cocktail on Mark and Graham’s blog and immediately shared it with my coworkers. It’s always great to have yummy signature cocktail ideas for events! (Side note: have you SEEN William Sonoma/Pottery Barn’s new concept?!?! I’m in serious L-O-V-E.)
How was your weekend?

I love the way Roundtree Flowers used pine cones and pine needles in this bunch. Happy Friday!

The soft colors in this bouquet would be perfect for an early March wedding when the first hints of spring are appearing.

I love all the colors and textures in this bouquet, not to mention the bride’s fur stole!

It’s winter bouquet week and I’m so excited to share these stunning winter flowers with you. Hope everyone is staying warm!! The lows in Boston are single digits!

As we watch the snow melt (or fall if you were in Boston the other day…thank goodness I wasn’t) I would like to cover a few tasty fall/winter libations.
Irish Coffee

Kir Royale
Something about a classic champagne cocktail just seems so elegant and winter-y to me.

Apple Pie Cider

Hot Milk Punch
Esquire Magazine calls this “liquid Ambien”. Maybe it’s best not to serve it if people have to drive home. But in a venue where most people have only an elevator ride to bed, this sounds like a perfect accompaniment to some cookies as a send off!

Stay warm!
